OUR STORY
Nestled between the pine trees and bush of the Tallaganda State Forrest
After relocating from Sydney to Canberra in 2016, it only took a short while to realise that this was where we wanted to put down roots. We had been working in the hospitality industry for over 25 years and were looking at our retirement plan. We were after something that did not involve animals and truffles seemed the logical choice.
A farm just outside the city was what we were looking for and after several years of hunting for the ideal block of land that had the optimal conditions for growing the French oak trees to produce truffles, we found Creekview.
We now look forward to the legacy that we have built for our children and the harvesting of truffles well into the future.
